My job is to help entrepreneurs who are trying to make our world a better place. This is realized by solving the legal problems they face.
When I became a lawyer, I embraced the constant wind of change. New legal requirements, legal obligations, bureaucratic work - all of these things prevent an entrepreneur from moving forward. That's why I'm here to help.
I graduated with honors from law school. I got my business education through experience and courses. Courses in internet marketing and project management were equally valuable.
My job is to help entrepreneurs who are trying to make our world a better place. This is realized by solving the legal problems they face.

Selective experience
- advised IT startups on the selection of a jurisdiction for company registration and implemented a turnkey solution
- registered and obtained licenses for a crypto-exchange company in Europe, with the subsequent opening of an account
- built an intellectual property system for a network of medical clinics in Europe with further implementation: drafting license agreements, trademark registration
- provided legal support to the client when entering the American Amazon: company registration, contracts with Chinese factories, closing other legal and tax issues
